Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Mimari.Art, as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), processes the personal data you share through the contact and quote form on our website.

Data processed: name, e-mail address, phone number, project details (service, city, area, budget range) and anything you write in your message.

Purposes: to assess your request, contact you, prepare a quote and carry out a possible contract.

Legal basis: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).

Transfers: your data may be shared only as needed for these purposes with our hosting and e-mail providers; it is not passed to other third parties.

Retention: if your request does not lead to a contract, your data is deleted within 2 years at the latest.

Your rights: under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, and request its correction or deletion, by writing to the e-mail address on our contact page.
